What will I be doing?

Conducts routine property inspections as directed to determine maintenance requirements or upgrades and improvements to the property and its assets.

Responsible for ensuring that all rules and regulations regarding safe working practices are complied with

Handles specific job requests as directed in an efficient and timely manner

Participates in preventative maintenance programs as directed

Assigns specific tasks and job requests to subordinate staff and supervises their day to day activity

Co-ordinates with Front Office and Housekeeping regarding specific in hotel maintenance activities

Assists in the maintenance of efficient administration preparing and submitting reports on time as directed

Checks and maintains the hotel water supply and electricity systems to ensure they are functioning properly

Ensures that the plant room, work shop and related areas, and tools and equipment are kept in a clean and tidy manner

Ordering of specific spare parts or equipment necessary to execute effective maintenance We would love to hear from you if you have.....

Working experience in pre openings in hospitality

Minimum of 2 to 3+ years in working with basic electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing equipment and systems.

Must intermediate knowledge of Building systems and ability to work without supervision as required as well as knowledge of various painting and finishing work

Strong communicator, collaborator and brings positive team motivation when working on projects
