Manager, Group Enterprise and Regulatory Risk

Department Description:
Group Enterprise and Regulatory Risk is a Group Risk function independent of all business units The unit is responsible for the oversight and management of group level risk governance framework standards and identification measurement monitoring and reporting of group level risk appetite statement
The unit also supports the subsidiaries of the Group and overseas branches in the implementation of Group level risk governance framework standards and risk appetite statement
The unit is also a key support function for GCRO in the oversight and management of Group level risk management strategy with a focus on adding business value challenge and developing advanced risk approaches to enhance the businesses efficiency and effectiveness to manage their risk
Brief Description:
The job holder is responsible for supporting functional head of Enterprise and Regulatory Risk to manage and provide oversight of overall risk management across subsidiaries and branches

External Credit Rating Agencies
Overseas Subsidiaries and Branches
Audit Issues Management
Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
Job Requirements:
The role will continue to provide support for the oversight and management of group level risk governance framework standards and identification measurement monitoring and reporting of group level risk appetite statement as well as oversight and support to subsidiaries and branches in risk appetite development and quarterly monitoring
The role will also provide support in other risk governance aspects such as organization of BRC GRC and TRF meetings coordination of Group Risk Audit issues and Group Risk policy management
Additional Details:
Qualifications with majors in Business Finance Mathematics Economics or a related quantitative field of study
Financial Risk ManagerFRM Chartered Financial AnalystCFA
5 7 years of relevant experience in large international banking organizations or consulting background
Proven leadership and senior stakeholder management experience
Strong knowledge of Basel rules risk appetite ICAAP implementation and risk modelling experience
Strong experience in working on regulatory change initiatives
