**Job Information**:

- Lead teams to process a specific number of coconuts daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Ensure coconut processing meets quality standards.
- Keep production costs within budget.
- Oversee plant performance, production speed, and on-time deliveries.
- Encourage a focus on quality among factory workers.
- Maintain health and safety standards for workers.
- Train workers to be more efficient.
- Implement systems to ensure the quality of raw materials from suppliers.
- Uphold ISO and other necessary quality standards.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in Plant Management, including setting up new production lines.
- Good understanding of business operations, environmental issues, quality standards, legal regulations, and factory safety.
