**Summary**:
Kreol Group is looking for an e-commerce executive to be stationed in our head office in Dubai Investments Park 2, mainly to handle our business across local marketplaces like Amazon and Noon as well as list on other marketplaces, social commerce and direct-to-consumer channels.

Our e-commerce efforts will primarily focus on our own in-house innerwear brands for both men and women respectively. Our interests will be to set up a distribution network using our own in-house brands as a proof of concept to develop the e-commerce division into a standalone team eventually.

**What you'll do**:
**Order Fulfilment**:executing deliveries from the e-commerce platform dashboards like Noon Seller Lab, Amazon Seller Central or Shopify, making sure items are properly labelled, stickered and packaged before sending them out for delivery, and ensuring pick-ups are collected in time.

**Returns Management**:controlling any returns, analyzing if there are any trends (Are we getting a particular product returned back more than others). Filing SAFE-T and seller support dispute claims in the case where we get back wrong items that aren't us (happens a lot with marketplaces like Amazon and Noon)

**Inventory Control**:Make sure sufficient inventory is accurately maintained in both our ERP, seller dashboards and physical locations. In the case of marketplace fulfilment centers, this means having sufficient stock in their warehouses and recalling aged inventory in time so we don't incur any penalty fees.

**Payment Tracking **Ensuring our bank accounts are set up and ur payments are hitting at the right time with no incorrect deductions.

**Customer Service**:Dealing with any complaints, responding to any messages, comments or reviews.

**Product listing**:Filing in product listing details accurately. Repeating this exercise every time new products are added or designs/colorways change.

**Merchandising**:Making sure all product content and information from product feature bullet points to visual content is correct. Merchandise brand stores with A+ content on marketplaces like Amazon.

**Marketplace marketing**:Managing PPC advertising campaigns or sponsored products and other paid advertising products offered natively on Amazon and similar marketplaces.

**Product Photography**:Taking white background flat lay as well as ghost mannequin photos and being able to edit them and upload them.

**Content Writing**:Being able to write SEO optimized product descriptions.

**Market Research**:Periodically reviewing competitor bestsellers, data-scraping from marketplaces and presenting new trends.

**Analytics & Reporting**:Be familiar with all the standard marketplace generated reports as well as best practice e-commerce performance metrics.

**Business Development **Listing on our global marketplaces across the region and world, setting up the appropriate order fulfilment operations accordingly.

**Who you should be**:

- Someone who has worked brand-side selling on multiple marketplaces like Amazon and Noon and executed A-Z of the process.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
