# Job Description: Animal Handler at Amity Veterinary Clinic, Dubai
**Position**: Animal Handler
**Location**: Amity Veterinary Clinic, Dubai
**License Requirement**: Valid UAE Driver's License
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Safely and gently handle animals during examinations and treatments.
2. Assist veterinary doctors in restraining animals for procedures.
3. Maintain a calm and reassuring environment for the animals.
4. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of animal holding areas.
5. Transport animals as necessary to and from the clinic using the provided UAE driver's license.
6. Provide basic grooming services to internal patients when required, such as brushing, bathing, and nail trimming.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid UAE Driver's License.
- Experience in handling and caring for animals.
- Knowledge of basic grooming techniques is a plus.
- Compassion and patience when dealing with animals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Animal Handling: 3 years (required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Drivers License (required)
