**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct precise **land surveys** for road and infrastructure projects.
- Utilize advanced **surveying equipment**, including **total stations, GPS, and leveling instruments**.
- Prepare **accurate survey reports, maps, and documentation**, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with **engineering and construction teams** to maintain project alignment and accuracy.
- Maintain, calibrate, and operate **surveying instruments** for optimal performance.
- Ensure **safety compliance** and adherence to **industry regulations** and best practices.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Bachelor's degree** in **Land Surveying, Engineering, or a related field**.
- Minimum **3 years of UAE experience** in **land surveying**, specifically in **road construction projects**.
- **Valid UAE driving license** (required).
- Strong proficiency in **surveying tools and technology**, including **total stations, GPS, and leveling instruments**.
- Familiarity with **UAE surveying regulations, standards, and construction codes** (preferred).
- Strong **communication and teamwork** skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively in **English** (Arabic is a plus).
- Willingness to **relocate or commute** to Ajman before starting work.
