IMMEDIATE JOINING for a project based in Abu-Dhabi / Sharjah / Ras Al Khaimah.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create plumbing drawings and schematics for residential and commercial projects. -- Consult with clients, engineers, and architects to develop plumbing plans and specifications.
- Develop plumbing and piping layouts for a variety of projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings of plumbing systems, including both rough-in and fixtures.
- Develop plumbing installation specifications and materials list for residential and commercial projects.
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Collaborate with other drafters to ensure accuracy of plumbing drawings.
- Update existing drawings as needed to reflect changes in design or project scope.
- Regularly review work to ensure accuracy and quality.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as Plumbing Draftsman in a Contracting company
- Experience required preferably in GCC
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics, and other technical documents. -Knowledge of plumbing engineering principles, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
