The Designer will be responsible for the output of our social media & online design templates within our e-commerce print platform. They will work in a team under the direction of the Senior Designers and Head of Creative. This is a hands on creative position.

Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with other designers to resource the Design output
- Creating design templates, digital design and brand collateral.
- Creating and designing various materials for print and digital collateral.
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality for the channel's content and style.
- Communicating effectively with all other output areas.
- Provide office support to the SVP Design and Brand & Design team
- Support in creating visually appealing presentations & mood board content
- Help maintain efficient filing system to ensure easy reference
- Retouch and manipulate images
- Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
- Collaborate with the Head of Design and Design Director to develop design concepts
- To provide and develop creative designs and layouts
- Reviewing and finalizing text matter for different projects
- Developing, editing and finalizing required artwork
- Work on development and design for Website Templates and regular updating of the same
- Working with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
- Understanding and interpreting of briefs.
- Attending team meetings to discuss expectations and desired outcomes of design.
- Presenting draft designs for feedback.
- Working with creative colleagues such as copywriters and social media experts.
- Ensuring that design work is aligned with other methods of communication.
- Working on a range of design from social media posts.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Other related task as assigned by the Supervisors/Manager.

Key Skills, Experience and Educational
- Bachelor degree in Graphic design, Visual Communication or similar relevant experience.
- 3+ years experience in a large national or international broadcast news channel is a plus.
- Proven professional track record with knowledge of general practices and procedures of Graphic Design and on-air graphics.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and Digital.
- Expert in: Photoshop, Illustrator or any relevant design software.
- Expert in Canva
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Fluent in English
- Strong artistic sense. Works well under pressure. Team player. Creative. Problem solving skills.
