We provide Consultation and Treatment services for dogs, cats, birds, falcons, and exotic pets, along with specialized consultation in orthopedic, ophthalmology, dermatology, and nutrition. Our clinics are equipped with the latest clinical, surgical, and laboratory equipment to provide the best possible care for our patients. In addition to our veterinary services, we also offer boarding, grooming, pet food and accessories, and hydrotherapy. We are committed to providing the best possible care to our clients and their pets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming patients with sincerity.
- Scheduling appointments using our designated software.
- Informing the veterinarian on a call of any emergencies that require urgent attention.
- Issuing invoices for treatment and prescribed medication after each consultation.
- Receiving and verifying payments after each consultation.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Call Center Experience at least 2 yeas
- Basic Math Skills and Computer Literacy.
- Proficient in English. Knowledge in any other languages is a plus.
- Comfortable Working with Animals.
- All Nationalities are Welcomed (Preferred Philip).
