_Critically acclaimed and award-winning chef José Pizarro is delighted to announce the opening of his first restaurant outside the UK inside the beautiful Etihad Towers in partnership with the Conrad hotel. We are seeking an experienced, talented, and committed Manager to be José’s service ambassador in the UAE and drive the high service standards forward. This role is very hands-on and requires someone passionate and knowledgeable about Spanish food and culture to lead from the front. Along with an excellent salary package, there are also many other benefits._

- Remuneration and benefits_
- .Net Monthly Basic Salary: AED 8,000 ( £1,791.00 approx.)_
- Monthly Transportation Allowance: AED 500 (£111.00 approx.)_
- Monthly Live Out Allowance: AED 5,000 (£1,110.00 approx.)_
- Monthly Service Charge: varies according to business level but average of AED 400_
- Mobile: provided by the Hotel with SIM card_
- F&B Incentive Scheme_
- Working Hours per week: 48 hours, 5 days a week_
- Flight Entitlement: Annual economy class flight ticket allowance to home city destination_
- Medical Benefits: Provided health insurance as per company policy_
- Annual Leave: 22 working days per year_
- Gratuity Accruals: Effective upon completion of first year of service, 21 days salary for each completed year_
- Employment Visa & Residence: covered by the hotel_
- Hilton Discounts: Rooms & F&B worldwide_

- Duty Meals: provided by the Hotel_
- Specific job knowledge, skill and ability_
- The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job: _
- Hospitality Degree preferred_
- Experience in 5-star hotel operations or equivalent stand-alone restaurant operations preferred_
- Good team leader and motivated_
- Creative and aware of new food trends_
- Hands on personality_
- Flexible to adjust to local working environment_
- Good team player_
- Fluent in Spanish preferred_
**Salary**: Up to AED50,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
