**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience to analyze complex datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and outliers.
- Design and develop visually appealing and interactive Power BI dashboards that effectively communicate data-driven insights.
- Create robust data models to ensure accurate and efficient data processing and visualization.
- Continuously optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for improved performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date Microsoft Power BI certifications and stay current with industry best practices.
- Create comprehensive documentation for Power BI solutions, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members to enhance their Power BI skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Power BI professional.
- Microsoft Power BI certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are mandatory.
- Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, and M Query.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate complex data findings effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Adaptability and a desire to stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data analytics.

Ability to commute/relocate:
