As a Splicer / Engineer / Technician in the Telecom sector, you will play a vital
role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of access network components.
This position requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail,
and a strong commitment to safety and quality. You will work closely with
senior team members to ensure the reliability and performance of our access
network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the
- installation, splicing, and termination of fiber optic cables, connectors,and related components according to industry standards and companyguidelines.
- Perform troubleshooting

and diagnostic tests on access network equipment and infrastructure toidentify and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the

deployment and commissioning of new network equipment and technologies,ensuring proper configuration and functionality.maintenance and inspections of access network facilities to detect andaddress potential issues before they affect service.protocols and procedures while working with fiber optic cables and othertelecom equipment, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself andyour team members.installation, maintenance, and repair activities accurately andthoroughly, maintaining detailed records of equipment inventory, workperformed, and any issues encountered.team members and departments to support network expansion projects,upgrades, and improvements.industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field ofaccess network engineering and telecommunications.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or
- equivalent education.
- 1-2 years of experience

in telecommunications, fiber optic splicing, or related field preferred.access network components and infrastructure.optic splicing equipment and tools.outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights.skills and attention to detail.and teamwork abilities. Willingnessto learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
