Arabic Female Receptionist

We are looking to hire a **Female Front Desk Receptionist** with following job responsibilities:
- Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
- Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone.
- Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized.
- Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information
- Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.
- Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Maintain current insurance practices, requirements, forms and processes and follows up on insurance claims and coding information using Daman List of Codes and ICD-10.
- Knowledgeable in dental charting codes and diagnosis using Daman price list codes and ICD 10
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience working as a receptionist or in a relevant role in a medical setting.
- Arabic Speaking.
- Must look presentable & professional.
- Friendly and compassionate disposition.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records.
- Experience in Dok32 App and office/Dental accounting software.
Salary Package will be discussed during the interview
