Storekeeper (Clothing)

**About this job**:
Kreol Group is looking for a storekeeper for their clothing division. You will be the responsible custodian for the stock.

**What you'll do**:
**General**:
Ø Capable to manage the warehouse & stock properly.

Ø Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized.

Ø Implement the system and procedures to maintain stock accuracy.

Ø Do the internal stock transfers according to the requirements.

Ø Maintain sufficient packing materials stock to repack the damaged goods.

Ø Do the physical verification of products on a day-to-day basis.

Ø Do the necessary adjustment entries, if there is any discrepancy.

Ø Inform the purchase dept. of the low stock/out-of-stock products on a periodical basis.

Ø Maintain all the necessary records related to the stock for reference.

Ø Capable to lead the warehouse team to achieve the goal.

**Goods Inward**:

- Purchase

Ø Handover the shipping documents to the clearing agent for clearing the shipment.

Ø Coordinate with the clearing agent for shipment clearance.

Ø Arrange the shipment delivery as per the slot availability.

Ø Book the GRN whenever the purchase happens.

Ø Compare the physical quantity with GRN.

Ø Inform the vendor, if there is any discrepancy.

Ø Do the necessary adjustment entries in the system to match the physical stock.

Ø Book the landed cost as soon as receive the invoice from the clearing agent.

Ø Maintain proper records of all the stock-related entries for future reference.
- Sales return

Ø Recording of goods returns comes from the shops properly.

Ø prepare necessary entries in the system according to the condition of the goods received.

Ø Maintain proper records of goods returns for future reference.

**Who you should be**:

- Bachelor's degree holder in commerce or a related major
- Retail distribution experience. Worked for a company that supplies hypermarkets and supermarkets across the GCC.
- Any logistic qualifications like CLTD will be a plus.

- storekeeper: 2 years (preferred)
- accounting: 1 year (preferred)
