**Job Summary**:
The tele sales agent will play a pivotal role in the contact center of our clinic, serving as the primary point of contact for potential clients and patients. The role involves proactively engaging with leads, providing information about our services, and effectively closing sales over the phone.

The tele sales agent must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing customers and developing the business.

The tele sales agent will contribute to the achievement of sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound and outbound calls** - Handle incoming calls from potential clients and initiate outbound calls to follow up on leads.
- **Product/service knowledge** - Possess in depth knowledge of clinic services, promotions, and pricing to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- **Lead Qualification** - Quality leads by understanding their needs, providing relevant information and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- **Sales closure** - Effectively close sales, meet or exceed sales targets, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- **Customer relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Compliance** - Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to tele sales activities, ensuring ethical and legal practices.
- **Documentation** - Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to the tele sales Manager.
- **Feedback** - Provide constructive feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
- **Market Research** - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide valuable insights for refining sales strategies.
- **Follow -Up Procedures** - Develop and implement effective follow up procedures to nurture leads, address concerns and maintain engagement with potential clients.
- **Cross Selling and Up Selling** - Identify opportunities for cross selling additional and services or up selling premium packages to maximum revenue from each client interaction.
- **Feedback Loop** - Establish a feedback loop with the marketing team to share insights on the effectiveness of promotional campaigns an identify areas for improvement.
- **Training and Development**:

- Actively participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new clinic services, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- **Complaint Resolution** - Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation improvement**:

- Continuously review or enhance documentation processes, ensuring accuracy in recording customer details, preferences, and sales interactions.
- **Performance metrics **-Regularly monitor and analyze individual performance metrics, such as conversion rates, call success rates, and average handling time, to identify areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration with support team** - Collaborate with other departments, such as customer support and billing, to streamline processes and address client enquiries effectively.
- **Upskill team members**:

- Share best practices and sales techniques with fellow team members to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Planning and organization** - Efficiently plan and organize daily tasks, ensuring optimal time management and productivity in achieving sales targets.
- **Adherence to managerial directives** - Execute tasks as required by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities and directives.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing and related field preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience with similar position.
- Familiarity with medical services and terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is must (Speaking, reading, writing)

**Salary**: AED2,247.71 - AED4,224.93 per month
