Procurement Officer

A procurement officer is responsible for managing the acquisition of goods and services for an organization. This may include identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that the organization is getting the best possible prices for the products or services it needs. The procurement officer may also be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers, tracking orders and deliveries, and ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. In some organizations, some other responsibilities of a procurement officer include:

- Following procurement policies and procedures
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities
- Negotiating prices and terms of contracts with suppliers under supervision
- Issuing purchase orders under supervision
- Monitoring supplier performance and managing any issues that arise
- Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities
- Providing reports and updates to management on procurement activities and expenditures
- Assisting in the development of the organization's budget and forecasting future procurement needs
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to procurement.

Fluent in English
- Writing & Speaking

At least 3 years of procurement experience

FMCG experience is mandatory

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
