**What you'll be doing**

You will immediately enter a role with real responsibility, business partnering critical areas, analyzing financial data of the Chalhoub business. The Finance trainee is responsible for supporting the JV division with accurate and timely commercial financial analysis, including provision of monthly management accounts for retail and distribution business channels.
- Support the preparation of management monthly pack.
- Support in the monthly closing process
- Balance sheet account responsibility with particular reference to main working capital elements (collections, payables, and stock) and prepayments Benchmark on different elements of the PL lines
- Consolidation and reconciliation of divisional operating expenses (including support services and marketing investment)
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Develop trustworthy relationship with the Commercial team and support businesses in preparing P&L projections and budget follow up
- Support the development of corporate finance projects

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Degree in finance or related studies
- Previous experience in retail and distribution environment will be a plus
- Capability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
- Enthusiastic, proactive problem solver and self-starter
- Experienced on MS office ,Hyperion. Knowledge in analytical tools such as Looker, PowerBI is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
