**Personalized Meal Planning**: Based on the assessment, dietitians create personalized meal plans that meet the specific nutritional requirements and health goals of their clients. This may involve considering dietary restrictions, allergies, and cultural preferences.

**Medical Nutrition Therapy**: In clinical settings, dietitians work with patients who have specific medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and eating disorders. They develop specialized nutrition plans to manage and improve these conditions.

**Weight Management**: Dietitians assist clients in developing healthy and sustainable weight management strategies, including weight loss, weight gain, or weight maintenance plans.
