**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- 5+ years of experience
- Consult HR best practices by mapping current-state business processes and designs future-state processes,
- Align system solution while requirement gathering and document them as Business Requirements for implementation in SuccessFactors, Provide functional technical support for integrations,
- Effectively participate in sales/ presales activities as the demand arises, Train coach junior consultants.
- Should be ready to be deployed on projects (India Any city/ town, Overseas Middle East, Africa etc.).
- Each time duration of the engagement can be up to 1 month and frequent travels, if there are simultaneous engagements.
- Overall HCM experience SF experience HR domain experience; domain experience is not mandatory Experience Experience: 1+ years relevant experience in experience in SAP SF implementations with exposure to system development, analysis and testing, including at least 1 year cloud based SAP projects and payroll integrations.
- Experience working with PA, OM, Payroll, Time and attendance Roles authorization, 1+ years experience in build configuration.
- SuccessFactors in CDP/SP + any other module will be an added advantage, Hands on experience with at least 1 full life cycle implementation of SuccessFactors, Valid certification in SAP SuccessFactors CDP/SP; any other module will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of IT services and system development.
- Excellent HCM best practice knowledge, Broad technical appreciation including ALL key SAP functionality and technology.
- Multiple industry domain knowledge preferable but not mandatory.
- Knowledge in system integration and administration.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, Command on written and verbal communication.
