Head Florist

Designation - FLORIST

**Position Overview**:
As an Experienced Florist, you will design and create floral arrangements that complement our cake and chocolate offerings. You’ll work closely with our culinary team to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our products while providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Floral Design**: Create eye-catching floral arrangements for display in the shop, as well as for special events, weddings, and celebrations that incorporate or complement our cakes and chocolates.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the culinary team to design cohesive presentations for cakes and chocolates, ensuring that floral elements enhance the overall experience.
- **Customer Service**: Engage with customers to help them select floral arrangements for occasions such as birthdays, weddings, and special events, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage floral inventory, including ordering fresh flowers and supplies, ensuring quality and freshness.
- **Shop Maintenance**: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment, regularly updating displays to reflect seasonal themes and promotions.
- **Event Preparation**: Assist in preparing floral decorations for in-shop events and special occasions, working within deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience as a florist or in a similar role, preferably in a retail or café environment.
- Strong knowledge of floral design techniques and flower care.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail, particularly in creating arrangements that complement food presentations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
