**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective PR strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation.
- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers.
- Coordinate and manage media inquiries and interview requests.
- Organize and oversee PR events, including press conferences, open houses, and media tours.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing reports on PR performance and impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Handle crisis communication and develop strategies to manage and mitigate potential PR issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in public relations.

**Qualifications and Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in public relations or a related role.
- Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in PR tools and software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good PR network and networking skills.
- Experience in crisis communication and media training is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12-36 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
