Job Title: OET Trainer

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced OET (Occupational English Test) Trainer to join our dynamic team. As an OET Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing healthcare professionals for the OET examination, ensuring they achieve the required English language proficiency for their respective fields.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct OET training sessions for healthcare professionals, focusing on the four language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.

2. Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that align with the OET exam format and requirements.

3. Assess and evaluate students' language abilities, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills.

4. Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of healthcare professionals from various disciplines.

5. Stay updated on OET exam changes, ensuring the training materials are current and effective.

6. Provide support and guidance to students, addressing individual learning needs and challenges.

7. Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the overall quality of the OET training program.

8. Monitor and track the progress of students, implementing strategies to maximize their success in the OET exam.

9. Participate in professional development activities to stay informed about language teaching methodologies and trends.

10. Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages active student participation.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

2. Recognized certification in English language teaching (e.g., CELTA, TESOL).

3. In-depth knowledge of the OET exam format, content, and assessment criteria.

4. Experience in teaching English to healthcare professionals is highly desirable.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials.

7. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping others succeed in their language proficiency goals.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: AED30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
