**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Generalist at Balconi Creative Agency. The 3D Generalist will be responsible for creating and implementing 3D models and animations for products. They will also be responsible for rigging, lighting, and texturing of 3D designs.

**Responsibilites.**
- Precise Product Modeling & Detailing
- Realistic Material Rendering & Shading
- Lighting Design for Enhanced Visualization
- Motion Graphics Expertise for Dynamic Presentations
- Animation for Product Demonstrations
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, cinema 4D, After Effects)
- Strong attention to product details and design aesthetics

**Qualifications**
- Advanced knowledge of Blender for 3D modeling and animation
- Strong knowledge of rigging, lighting, Rendering, shading, and texturing
- Experience in creating photorealistic renders of products
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, 3D Design, or related field is preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D models and animations of products
- Experience in the electronics industry is a plus
- Proven track record in creating visually compelling product renderings and motion graphics for product visualizations.
- Ability to blend creativity with technical proficiency for a seamless visual experience.
- Collaborative mindset with a keen understanding of storyboard needs.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
