Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in need of electrical contracting and maintenance services.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored electrical contracting and maintenance solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and capabilities.
- Technical Expertise:

- Possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance practices.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients on the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate and effective solutions are proposed to clients.
- Proposal Development:

- Prepare and present comprehensive and competitive proposals for electrical contracting and maintenance projects.
- Work closely with the estimating team to ensure accurate cost estimates and pricing are included in proposals.
- Sales Coordination:

- Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress and provide clients with regular updates on project milestones.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details in CRM systems.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, or client relationship management within the electrical contracting and maintenance industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
