**About The Role**
As Chief Concierge, you are crucial to the success of the guest stay and creating amazing experiences and everlasting memories for our guests. Being able to lead the team that anticipate, align, surprise and delight a guest through a natural and anticipatory style of service is essential and a key ability of the Manager, Concierge. The Concierge team needs to be able to ‘unlock’ those exciting, unique, and cultural experiences for our guests across the city. The Concierge team has an exceptional Food & Beverage, Hotel, internal and local knowledge of Dubai so can enhance and make tailored guest experiences and itineraries. The Chief Concierge is responsible for the successful running of the team from service delivery, training, knowledge, rostering, transport arrangements, itinerary planning, service provider engagement, pre and post-stay correspondence, and must have exceptional leadership, verbal and written communication skills.
