**Motion Designer**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualization and Ideation:

- Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and conceptualize visually stunning motion design concepts.
- Transform abstract ideas into visually compelling and dynamic animations.
- Motion Graphic Design:

- Create visually striking and innovative motion graphics for a variety of platforms, including digital advertising, social media, and video content.
- Ensure that all motion designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Expertise in Animation Software:

- Proficient in industry-standard motion design software such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and other relevant tools.
- Stay updated on the latest design and animation trends to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, video editors, and creative directors, to bring cohesive visions to life.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Take ownership of the entire motion design process, from concept development to final delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with an outstanding portfolio showcasing a range of motion design projects.
- In-depth knowledge of animation principles, typography, and design aesthetics.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of current design trends and a commitment to pushing creative boundaries.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
- Have passion for gaming and sports.
- Must speak Hindi/Urdu with fluency in English language.
