Our client is a premium global hospitality brand. We're looking for a **Private Personal Assistant and Lifestyle Coach** for our client in Dubai, ideally someone who has experience with **Wellbeing and Lifestyle coaching experience/knowledge.** **Who will one-stop-shop for the dignitary for all his needs including playing sports with him, and personal services in any requirement of the HNWI.**

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Manage the dignitary's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize meetings, events, and commitments.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

**Personal Coaching**:

- ** Act as a trusted advisor** and confidant to the dignitary, offering guidance and support.
- Provide strategic input on** personal and professional decisions.**:

- Foster a positive and productive mindset through coaching and mentorship.

**Wellbeing Training**:

- Design and implement personalized **well-being programs** based on the dignitarys needs and goals.
- Conduct regular well-being assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and facilitate well-being sessions, such as mindfulness, stress management, and fitness activities.

**Liaison and Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the dignitary and various stakeholders, ensuring smooth, communication and coordination.
- Professionally represent the dignitary at events and meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Minimum Exp required 5+ Years, with 2+ years of local UAE exp.**:

- ** Fluency in Arabic Language is a must, French language is a plus.**:

- Similar industry experience from the hospitality Industry will be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ** Background in coaching, counselling, or psychology is preferred.**:

- Knowledge of wellbeing practices and trends.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Location**:Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE

**Timing**:Must be flexible depending on the dignitary's needs
