A key point of difference with Victor lies with the attention to detail afforded by the specialisations within the aircraft charter broking experience, Sales, Sourcing and Flight Management. Sales secure the customer, signed contract & payment, Sourcing identify suitable aircraft and manage the operator relations, with Flight Management taking over the confirmed booking through to post flight feedback.

**Background**

Victor’s Executive Jet Charter Department was established in 2011 and has enjoyed impressive growth since its inception. At Victor, our goal is to become the number one on-demand jet charter broker in the industry and as a result, our team is hardworking and results-driven. **Responsible for**
- Handle requests for flights and obtain quotations from operators within set timescales, including empty legs.
- Negotiate charter price, and determine if in competition with another broker.
- Creating long-term relationship with partner operators
- Work with PR and Marketing to provide information for special event flights.
- Work with the Development team on software upgrades and user interactions.
- Support the activity of VP Operations, and that of other colleagues
- Any other projects/tasks that may arise due to changes across the company

- Ability to plan, organize and prioritise your day-to-day tasks
- Ability to receive and respond to both feedback and constructive criticism
- Ability to analyse issues and problems, and come up with solutions
- Excellent attention to detail v Aircraft and airport knowledg
