Q2FM is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize our operational processes, enhance organizational efficiency, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency. As the COO, you will collaborate closely with the executive team to implement strategic initiatives, drive excellence in service delivery, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop, refine, and execute the agency's strategic vision, goals, and objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of operational plans to support business growth and expansion.
- Contribute to the formulation of innovative strategies to drive client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate financial challenges.
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing operational team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Research market to identify new opportunities
- Address advertising needs

**Requirements and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience 3 years in a senior operational leadership role within the marketing industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving operational excellence and business growth.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change.
- Knowledge of marketing industry trends and best practices.
