Dermat Nurse

**DERMAT NURSE - FEMALE**

v To assist the Dermatologist in a smooth execution of all dermatology services.

v To be abreast on Dermatology clinic systems and ensure they are followed as per ministry guidelines.

v To be responsible for rendering Dermat services, executions and treatments as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

v Ensure correct guidance is provided on skin care and soft sell appropriate Dermat packages.

v Assist the center to organize events with the Dermatologist and to participate in indoor & outdoor events to maximize sales.

v Related medical problems of clients to be consulted with Dermatologist before starting treatment for proper results.

v Promoting maintenance packages for clients who have already completed stipulated no of sessions for Dermat procedures.

v Co coordinating on maintenance of laser/beauty machines with corporate maintenance team.

v Arrange client appointments consultation with the Dermatologist / Center Head.

Execution of laser hair reduction and laser skin treatments as per SOP (for license or certified nurse only)

whilst ensuring proper gap between sessions.

**Laser Treatment**

v Ensure execution of laser hair reduction and laser skin treatments as per SOP.

v Ensure maintenance of laser room and laser machines are kept abreast.

v Ensure documentation of laser and laser related services are maintained

v To cross sell PCOD and Hirsutism clients for laser and other dermatological procedures.

v To assist the center to organize events with the Dermatologist and marketing manager to promote dermatological sales

v Ensure proper gap between sessions.

v To ensure related medical problems of clients to be consulted with Dermat before starting treatment for Proper results.

v To ensure correct temperature and proper cooling of room to make the service comfortable.

v To ensure the effectivity of the treatment within the stipulated no of sessions, thus improving quality of execution of sessions.

v To ensure package completion when hair regrowth does not occur within 6 months of last session taken for laser services.

v To promote maintenance packages for clients who have already completed stipulated no of sessions for dermat procedures.

v To co coordinate on maintenance of laser machines with corporate maintenance team

**Documentation & Reports**

v Ensure information in the client cards is complete and accurate including - client signature & comments, Dermat counselling.

v Inventory recording - to maintain & audit inventory from time to time as per SOPs

v Personally, ensure safe handling and upkeep of all electrical / electronic equipment in the Dermat section.

v Disinfect and sterilize tools and equipment’s after every session as per ministry guidelines. Always ensure general upkeep of the work area as per ministry guidelines.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- nursing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Eligibility letter or MOH License (required)
