On behalf of our client, a leading Facilities Management Company based in SHARJAH, we require the following staff:
**FM SUPERVISOR - 1 No.**

Salary Range: AED 4,000/- to AED 4,500/-.

Working Hours: 9 hours + 1 hour break x 26 Days.
- Check the premises regularly to ensure security.
- Record and report emergencies.
- Supervise the janitorial staff and other workers.
- Hire contractors for equipment installation and repairs.
- Evaluate existing systems.
- Identify technical problems.
- Monitor planned preventive maintenance.
- Oversee waste management, garbage collection, product delivery and other operations.
- Carry out inspections of the facility.
- Perform administrative or custodial tasks as needed.
- Document lost and found items.
- Perform random checks.
- Participate in emergency planning.

**Additional Information**:
Accommodation, Transportation, Food Allowance, Visa & Medical Insurance will be provided by the company.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
