We are looking for a 1C analyst to join the company
- Analysis and modeling of the company's business processes using 1C.
- Optimization and automation of business processes in the 1C system.
- Development of strategies for automation and digitalization of business processes.
- Creation and approval of technical specifications for 1C developers.
- Support for 1c users and acceptance of tasks for system modernization.
- Configuration and support of typical and non-typical 1C configurations.
- Conducting data audits, identifying and eliminating duplicate information.
- Designing and writing technical specifications for a new ERP, taking into account current tasks and needs.
- Testing and implementation of system updates.
- Advising users on working in the 1C system.
- Preparing and conducting training events for users.

**Requirements**:

- Higher education in the field of information technology, economics or related fields.
- Experience as a 1C analyst for at least 3 years.
- Ability to analyze and optimize complex business processes.
- Experience in designing and writing technical specifications for a new ERP, taking into account current tasks and needs.
- Deep knowledge of 1C configurations
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
- Knowledge of the basics of accounting and management accounting.
- The ability to develop technical tasks for programmers.
- SQL skills, experience in optimizing database queries.
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking.
- Experience working with other ERP systems.
- 1C certificates.
- Experience in conducting training events and presentations.
- Programming skills in 1C.
