- Location: Dubai**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Application Management of the compliance Technologies and Platforms Understanding processes relating to Sanctions & Payments screening, Fircosoft continuity.
- Fircosoft UAT environment management and Housekeeping activities.
- Day to Day Compliance user support (User management, workflow management).
- Firoco soft services Integration support. Business requirement delivery and support.
- SIT, UAT support.
- Release management, Changedeployments.Post production bug fix.

**Education & experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
- Minimum 4-6 years of Fircosoft products,
- Understanding of KYC, screening technologies software, algorithms, business rules, exceptions and tuning capabilities.
- Understanding of key concepts essential to FircoSoft (FircoContinuity, FircoTrust and Firco Screen & Keep), Firco List Management, Quality Assurance, Controls, and Audit Trail.
- Knowledge of SWIFT payments and other standard payment formats
- Knowledge of OFAC, UKHMT, EU and UNS sanctions
- Experience working with structured data formats (e.g. ISO 20022, RDF, XML).
- Experience of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams with a focus on delivery.
- Should have good experience in payment screening and customer screening solutions like Firco Soft (Continuity and Trust modules).
- Good functional knowledge of remittance systems.
