Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create compelling marketing materials that align with the vision and objectives of the campaign
- Create packaging designs
- Design logos and branding materials for marketing campaigns
- Design banners, ads, and other marketing materials for various digital platforms
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and techniques in the gaming industry to continuously improve designs and materials
- Provide design feedback and recommendations to other team members

Overall, a graphic designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials that promote the campaign and engage the audience. They work closely with cross-functional teams and must have strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure the design aligns with the objectives and vision of the campaign. The role requires a passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming industry. It also requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, decent copywriting skills, and knowledge of current design trends and techniques. In addition, designers must have an eye for detail and quality in order to ensure the finest possible designs.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years' experience in graphic design for marketing materials, with a focus on the gaming industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledgeable of current design trends and techniques in the gaming industry
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams such as online, production, and marketing to ensure the design aligned with the objectives of the project
- Experienced in designing for multiple platforms including online media, bulk printing, and large-format printing

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design

For instance, this degree may include classes such as typography, color theory, photography, digital illustration, and page layout.

**Skills**:

- Strong creativity and conceptual thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Passion for gaming

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
