Qc Inspector

Ø To carry out the receiving inspection of valves with delivery/loading note.

Ø To prepare the valve list after the job is confirmed and acknowledged.

Ø To prepare procedures and ITPs as per the job requirement, as when required.

Ø To maintain the records of various equipment in the workshop such as pressure gauges, calipers, micrometer etc. and update the calibration status as required.

Ø Carry out initial inspection, observation inspection, work done report and record all the points in the report with photos.

Ø To coordinate with the client for the smooth transmission of information and data

Ø To verify that all the documents, datasheets, drawings etc. from Client are in-line with the product requirement & implementation to the product quality requirement.

Ø To carry out the NDT (PT, MT, Hardness) activities and prepare the respective reports as per the specifications for the requirement.

Ø Perform post repair inspection to ensure that all the repairs is been completed in line with standard procedure.

Ø Raise RFI for the inspection and close coordination with the TPI for the final acceptance test as per the approved documents.

Ø Painting inspection and packing inspection to be perform prior to dispatch of the customer materials.

Ø In case of any Nonconformance, internal NCRs to be raised on relevant department and follow up for the CAPA closure.

Ø Critical activity like component manufacturing and welding to be monitored on the all the stages, if required WPS, PQR, WQT to be prepared and revised according to the customer requirement.

Ø Coordinate with sub-contractor for the NDT, PWHT or any lab testing is required to perform.

Ø To monitor and maintain the welder continuity record.

Ø To make sure all the documents / records / procedures shall be stored in respective job folders.

Ø Participate and perform in API/ISO audits, keep the documents retention as specified in the QMS.

Ø Participate in training and development program of the company.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- maintenance / manufacturing in Valve industry: 3 years (required)
- Oil & Gas: 3 years (required)
- Quality Management in Valve Industry: 3 years (required)
