BMP Sports is looking for a graphic designer to join a fast-growing, exciting team.

The designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and cohesive graphics that align with our brand’s aesthetic and strategic goals. This role requires a versatile designer capable of handling a range of design tasks, from social media content to internal graphics and pitch deck presentations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Design:_
- Create engaging and on-brand graphics for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design eye-catching visuals for social media campaigns, stories, posts, and ads.
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop and maintain a consistent visual style and voice.
- Internal Graphics:_
- Support HR and other departments with visually appealing and informative graphics for internal use.
- Ensure all internal graphics adhere to the company’s branding guidelines.
- Pitch Deck Design:_
- Develop professional and persuasive pitch decks for client presentations and internal meetings.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand the objectives and tailor the design to effectively communicate the message.
- Ensure all pitch decks are visually consistent and on-brand.
- General Design Tasks:_
- Assist with various graphic design projects as needed, including website graphics, promotional materials, and event collateral.
- Maintain and update the company’s brand guidelines and asset library.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to keep our visuals fresh and innovative.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including social media graphics, internal communications, and pitch decks.
- Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing. (Not requirement)
- Familiarity with web design principles and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, WordPress). (Not requirement)
- Knowledge of UX/UI design. (Not requirement)
