We're searching for a Property Consultant at our Business Bay hub. Embark on a career journey with our motivated team, taking on challenges with confidence and a strong sales mindset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold calling
- Property viewings and assessments
- Negotiating sales and leases
- Cultivating client relationships
- Tracking market trends
- Collaborating with colleagues
- Reporting targets
- Data mining
- Achieving company goals
- Sourcing investors from your network
- Adhering to laws, regulations, and ethics

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience
- Preferred: Driving license and car
- Languages: Persian, Russian, French, Chinese
- Work hours: Mon-Sat, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Full-time position
- Competitive Commission Structure

Location: Dubai

Relocation/commuting to Dubai is necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

**Salary**: Up to AED20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:
