**Job Title**: Production Assistant (Full-Time)
**Location**: Innovex Agency, Warehouse no 1 - Street 9 - Nadd Al Hamar - Dubai

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative & Production Coordination**:

- Assist the **Creative Director** in managing production schedules, ensuring that all projects progress smoothly.
- Coordinate with different departments (production, marketing, design, editing, logistics) to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain and update production calendars, call sheets, and shoot logistics, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Support the **Creative Director** with managing shoot schedules and ensuring production deadlines are met.

**Administrative & Scheduling Support**:

- Organize and manage the **Creative Director’s** meetings, daily schedule, and appointments to optimize workflow.
- Take detailed meeting notes and share key action points with relevant teams to ensure follow-through.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, location scouting, and other logistics required for shoots.
- Assist with keeping track of production costs, budgets, and invoices, ensuring all documentation is up to date.

**On-Set Production Assistance**:

- Assist with pre-production planning by ensuring all necessary props, equipment, and resources are ready before shoots.
- Prepare production documents, permits, and contracts, ensuring everything is organized and ready.
- Provide support on set by coordinating talent, handling props, and managing shoot logistics.
- Troubleshoot any last-minute challenges to ensure the smooth flow of production.

**Communication & Reporting**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for updates regarding production timelines and project status.
- Prepare and distribute progress reports, shoot plans, and wrap-up documents to the **Creative Director**.
- Maintain an organized archive of past productions, schedules, and creative assets for future reference.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Production Assistant** or in a similar role, preferably in a creative or film production environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise between teams and departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general project management tools.
- A proactive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

**Working Hours & Days**:

- Full-time position, 5 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

**Round 2**: Practical Assignment & Final Evaluation
- Presentation and discussion of previous experiences managing production tasks and supporting creative teams.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
