**Job Summary**:

- An experienced Multi technician cum driver for preventive and corrective and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and residential buildings.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- . Complete AC fixing / installation / servicing and maintenance, including Duct, FAHU, MAHU, Kitchen exhaust, ecology units, ESP units etc.
- Finishing jobs using wood and MDF jobs such as moldings, door trims, outdoor pergolas, etc.,
- Uninstall and install doors, build door frames, door hinges and handles installation.
- Knowledge about sanding, staining, and painting and paint repairs
- A great Knowledge of MEP works
- Silicone and isolation finishing works
- Disassemble / install wall partitions ( gypsum work )
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and use of test equipment.

**Experience, Knowledge, Skills**:

- Proven general maintenance skills in mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs will be added value.
- Ability to see potential problems and work through solutions until resolution is reached, in all areas.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- A team player but also able and happy to work on his own initiative.
- Good timekeeper and flexible approach to work.
- Good attention to detail.
- UAE Driving License

**Experience**:

- Skilled Technician with UAE Experience

**Salary**: AED2,300.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
