Project Coorinator

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within an organization. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the project manager in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among team members. Your role is crucial in maintaining project documentation, organizing meetings, and facilitating collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on-site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on-site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
- Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting.
- Monitor project's time, cost, quality, scope, resources and risk management.
- Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and other relevant records.
- Working with estimators to calculate the resources needed for a project
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Assisting and supporting the project manager.
- Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives.
- Managing several projects with the support of junior planners.
- Ensure proper project documentation for records and knowledgeable in project closing documents preparation.
- Efficiently manage and work closely with designers.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management skills and tools.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out & joinery work.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to details.
- Excellent project & people management skills.
- Must have good organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and management skills.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish positive working relationships.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
