Floorman

Greeting guests.
- Working with other wait staff members to provide team-oriented service.
- Manage cash/card transactions, issue receipts, and process payments accurately.
- Handle takeout orders and coordinate pickup as needed.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take orders, and provide information to callers.
- Address guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns professionally.
- Estimate & manage wait times and provide updates to customers.
- Keeping the restaurant location clean and tidy.
- Any other job that the Restaurant Manager asks to do connects to your job profile.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Arabic language would be an added advantage.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of the restaurant's menu and layout.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
