**Responsibilities**:

- **Work Planning**: Developing work schedules and assigning tasks to team members. They plan the sequence of work to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
- **Quality Control**: Inspecting work for accuracy and quality, making sure it adheres to construction plans and building codes. They correct any deficiencies or errors as needed.
- **Safety Management**: Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed on-site, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Material Management**: Overseeing the procurement and proper use of materials, including bricks, blocks, stone, mortar, and other masonry supplies. They may also handle ordering and inventory control.
