The Call Centre Service Delivery Supervisor will be responsible for leading and inspiring the Contact Centre team to success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and direct call centre staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Hire, train, and mentor representatives to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Set and monitor lead conversion targets and daily KPIs.
- Provide guidance and support to team leads and agents.
- Conduct audits and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Anticipate and manage escalations effectively.
- Optimize procedures to enhance performance and motivation.
- Track and measure performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with management on performance issues.
- Prepare regular performance reports.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a call centre supervisor or similar role.
- Strong background in customer service.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Familiarity with MS Office and call centre technology.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
