Daily inspection of the warehouse area/production floor, keeping

a look out for any unsafe conditions or behaviours which are not in line with safety requirements.
- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of entire warehouses and labour camps. Facilities repairs, pest control as and when required in coordination with the HR Officer/Procurement and Management.
- Conduct daily inspection of all company’s vehicle and report the same to the Logistic coordinator on a daily basis.
- Liaise with PRO for required inspections (DM) and present a report as required.
- Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations and submitting a risk assessment report to the Operations Manager/Production Manager/Management on monthly basis.
- Maintaining the database of all safety related issues & training for future learning and presentation.
- Inspection of all production related equipment and processes to ensure they are safe to use. (E.g. checking adherence to preventive maintenance schedule for the same.)
- Facilitating repairs for unsafe and faulty equipment in coordination with the HR officer/ Procurement/ Operations Managers/ Management.
- In case of accidents and near misses, investigates cause of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the site and submit reports to concerned authority/management
- Liaising with concerned governmental authorities as mandated by law.
- Preparing all documents required for insurances claim (workers compensations, medical etc.) and submitting the same to the HR.
- Set up and implement a procedure for Emergencies/work related injuries for the company in coordination with the HR officer.
- Conduct toolbox meetings on a weekly basis and before any major installation. Creating and maintaining a tool box training report to the management on monthly basis.
- Carry out mock up safety and emergency drills and maintaining the report of the same.
- Lead the formation and working of the safety committee.
- Coordinates registration and removal of hazardous waste.
- Be present during safety inspections carried out by Dubai Municipality. Receives non-compliance reports and carries out rectifications as deemed necessary by Dubai Municipality/DCD
- In coordination with Operations manager/ Production Manager create/revise safety plans to include improvements in existing infrastructure and processes.
- Facilities all PPE material requirements in coordination with the procurement team and suggest appropriate safety gears per profession.
- Prepare hot work permits, first aid register, monthly safety progress reports and share with the HR Officer/Operation Manager/Management.
- Responsible for safety induction of all staff. Ensure that the blue collared staffs are aware of **Do & Don’ts** with regards to companies and labour camp’s rules and regulations.
- Advise management on cost effective labour camp options.
- Responsible for administration and control of labour camp accommodation.
- Responsible for room allocation for workers in the camp.
- Visit camp on bimonthly basis as required by management and present a camp site visit report to management in relation to cleanliness, maintenance, any illegal activities that are noted.
- Take remedial action in coordination with the HR Officer/Management.
- Carrying out any additional task as and when assigned by the HR Officer/management.
- Ensuring full cooperation within the HR team and other departments.
- Adherence to company’s policies, rules and regulations.
- Participate in the HSE related activities
- Report in case of any unsafe act or conditions occur inside the work premises
- Carry out any activity in such a way it does not create any unsafe condition to co worker
- Be responsible for own safety and others safety as well

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
