The Tea Sommelier will be responsible for guest interaction & satisfaction. Requires an in-depth knowledge of all kinds of tea's & sharing their knowledge and expertise with the team. Additional responsibilities will include; ensuring the cleanliness & stock of the tea trolley, to have a good understanding of guest preferences, following the Standard Operating Procedures of the signature St. Regis Afternoon Tea Ritual and to bring the history and legacy of the ritual to life.

Must have at least 1 year experience in the similar position.
