As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for facilitating learning and teaching English language skills to students. Your primary goal is to foster an environment that promotes language acquisition, fluency, and literacy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging and effective lesson plans, curriculum materials, and assessments aligned with language learning objectives and standards.
- Classroom Instruction: Deliver dynamic and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Language Proficiency Assessment: Evaluate students' language proficiency levels through various assessment methods, such as tests, quizzes, presentations, and projects.
- Individualized Instruction: Provide personalized support and feedback to students to address their specific learning needs and challenges, fostering their language development.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, enforcing rules and procedures while promoting mutual respect and cooperation among students.
- Technology Integration: Incorporate technology tools and resources effectively to enhance language learning experiences, including interactive multimedia, online platforms, and educational software.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support students' overall academic progress and language acquisition.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on best practices, instructional strategies, and advancements in language teaching methodologies.
- Cultural Competence: Foster cultural awareness and sensitivity among students, celebrating diversity and promoting cross-cultural understanding through language and literature.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or credential (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, state teaching license).
- Previous teaching experience preferred, particularly in English as a Second Language (ESL) or English Language Learners (ELL) settings.
- Proficiency in English language proficiency assessment and instructional strategies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learners and cultural backgrounds.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and digital resources for language instruction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
