**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage inventory levels, regular stock audits, and reconciliation.
- Supervise order processing and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with suppliers, vendors, customers, and 3PL providers.
- Arrange and manage transportation logistics, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and deliveries; prepare and analyze logistics performance reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and 3PL providers; negotiate contracts for cost-effective procurement and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies; promote and enforce safety standards within logistics operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and stay updated with industry trends.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the IT distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with international shipping and customs regulations preferred.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) preferred.
