**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and in line with our commitment to authenticity and quality.
- Design, develop, and introduce new dishes and menus, infusing traditional Russian recipes with creative flair and contemporary techniques.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, including Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs, fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and work closely with suppliers to ensure the freshest and highest quality ingredients are used.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining an impeccably clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary and management teams to enhance the overall dining experience, contributing to the restaurant's reputation for authentic and innovative Russian cuisine.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, with significant time spent specializing in Russian cuisine—a must for this role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of traditional Russian dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques, with a passion for exploring and expanding on this rich culinary heritage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, with strong organizational and management skills.
- Creativity in menu development, with a keen eye for presentation and a commitment to maintaining the authenticity of Russian culinary traditions.
