**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our School Outreach efforts as the School Outreach Head at Synergy University Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with schools, educational institutions, and educational organizations to promote Synergy University Dubai and recruit prospective students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive school outreach strategy to identify, engage, and build relationships with schools, educational institutions, and educational organizations locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with academic departments and admissions staff to develop promotional materials, presentations, and workshops to showcase Synergy University Dubai programs, facilities, and offerings to school administrators, teachers, students, and parents.
- Organize and conduct school visits, information sessions, and career fairs to promote Synergy University Dubai and educate students about higher education opportunities and pathways.
- Establish and maintain partnerships and collaborations with schools, educational institutions, and educational organizations to facilitate student referrals, joint programs, and articulation agreements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of school outreach initiatives and activities, track and analyze metrics and performance indicators, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in school outreach and recruitment, and make recommendations for strategic adjustments and innovations.
- Prepare and present regular reports, analyses, and updates on school outreach activities, performance, and outcomes to senior management.

**We are ready to work with you if you have**:

- Proven experience in school outreach, student recruitment, or related fields, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with school administrators, teachers, students, and parents.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (required) and additional languages (preferred).
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
