We are looking for BMS Operator for Al Khail Site. We strongly urge that your CV should be with the experience of BMS Operator only.
**- **Maintains all night shift Emergency technical team with proper coordination to attend all night shift RM, EM, and CM Complaint within the time frame.
- Response all Emergency incident or accident issues with proper safety following with HSE Instructions.
- Making Proper ( Incident and Escalation) reporting all emergency incident or accident issues with in client instructions time frame.
- Response immediately for all Emergency issues of fire, lift entrapment and accident.
- Routing and creating all night shift RM, EM and CM issues with the consents of Technicians and updating proper log in maximo and closing it without SLA Failed.
- Responds to teams complaints, if they require help or are struck any complaints. Given full support to resolve the issues with tenant satisfaction.
- Closely monitoring all night shift team to attend all issues without delaying.
- Closely follow up all night shift team duty roster.
- Closely monitoring & follow up, not to fail SLA for RM & EM complaint.
- Closely monitoring and follow up all EMERGENCY requirements material stocks to attend any emergency issues without delay.
- Follow up proper safety and PPE to all night shift team in any complaints.
- Checking all building BMS system and reporting all issues with proper report.
- Follow up all day shift handover complaints & attend with in the time frame & making proper night shift handover by updating proper log in all complaints.

**Salary**: Up to AED3,200.00 per month
